Keith is back home possibly just for the weekend so I am going to be rather short with this post because well I want to hang with my wee family (sorry lovely readers!)

I left my babies for the first time ever for three days and two nights and headed down South. This is how Keith let Aiden pit of the house on day one. Imagine day three!

I threw a surprise baby shower for some wonderful wonderful people who are adopting a baby who was born this week. I am so glad I got the shower organised before baby arrived!

Me letting out all the tensions of having been on a train for on a hundred hours or do!

Eeek heading back up to Oban and had an hour in Glasgow. They’ve only gone and opened a Lego store there since I lived there. Couldn’t very well go in and not get the boy anything now could I? …

With Winter setting in and it getting darker so much earlier we definitely needed some lamps in our new living room so Faye and I went shopping.

Bit of a crafty afternoon as it was raining (I know, never happens!) So we made stone stories with paint on the pebbles we collected from the beach last week.

Hehe this one makes me chuckle. Keith had at hat just like this but in olive green. He lost it. I bought him this replacement hat. He found the green one. He lost this one. Yesterday I found this so we are back up to two hats he loves and loses a lot!

  1. The lost hat sounds a lot like my boys! They often lose things and find them just after they’ve been replaced!
Sorry to hear you were on the train for so long, I don’t envy you! Love the idea of a baby shower for adopting a baby – and how lovely to be able to adopt a baby almost from birth.
