I’ve had another week were I’m really not purposefully taking photos which is a shame. I love getting good photos of the kids but at the moment I don’t know where all the time goes. I honestly feel like I am chasing my tail constantly.  Here is what I did take.

Keith is home from working away and even though it is pretty grey out it is actually still warm so we went to Callander Park and he and Aiden had an absolute blast making themselves dizzy. Aiden wearing Daddy’s hat just to up the cuteometer!

Grandpa Clive invited us along to a model railway exhibition day. It was absolutely HUGE! I really don’t know who enjoyed it more as we were all so impressed. I think we need to add basement on to the house list now as Aiden would love a prover train set.

Aiden borrowed Daddy’s hat. Heart melts!

Faye went and got her feet measured for her first real shoes as she is walking holding our hands now. Her Nana had bought Aiden’s first shoes too so we continued the tradition and she got these super cute purple rabit shoes. She looks so grown-up I’m them and was on top form in Clarks.

This cheeky girl is just loving exploring everything at the moment. She loves bouncing on the big bed and looking out the widow into our neighbours gardens!

It was raining the other day and we desperately needed milk but I had no desire to go and do a food shop so we decided to go to the local newsagents.  Aiden wasn’t keen on coming with me and Faye until I said we could go on a puddle jumping adventure. A fresh change of clothes was required upon our return!

This morning we are heading to sift play to meet up with all my Mum pals. One of them is pregnant but will be moving home to Ireland before the baby is born in September so I have organised a surprise mini baby shower at the soft play. Here is the gift I have made and you will be able to read all about the contents and how I decorated it in next week’s #littlemakes

  1. Hope the baby shower went well.
Use to take my kids to Callender Park, thought they preferred Dollar Park as it had a pond they could paddle in.
Often wonder why we put coats on kids when it is that wet, would be as well with shorts tshirt and trainers they come back that wet.

  2. It would be great to have a train track room wouldn’t it? A friend used to have one (she also had a ball pit room), which all sounds very grand, but they were small attic rooms.
